The University has a long history and impressive track record of partnership with businesses in the North West and has excellent structures to facilitate business support.

Because of the Salford University connection and also our reputation for accommodating technology businesses, we receive many external enquiries through reception - which we pass on to tenants as new business leads.
A strong community spirit is fostered within the building. Many tenants speak of the value of the networking opportunities that have led to mutual business, helping resolving a problem or simply an opportunity to spar with someone on a challenging issue.
