Salford Innovation Park

 Salford City Council and the University of Salford have collaborated to create the Salford Innovation Park adjacent to the University campus. The initiative will create over 15,000 sq.m of flexible workspace for digital media, creative and cultural industries, complementing plans for mediacity:uk at Salford Quays, as well as attracting science and technology-based start-up companies to Salford.
Salford Innovation Park consists of three sites: Technology House, the University of Salford Business Park and the brand new Salford Innovation Forum. The venture aims to maximise innovation and interaction and to act as a catalyst for regeneration in the wider Salford area.
Situated in the heart of Salford’s New Deal for Communities area, Salford Innovation Park is a highly supportive business environment welcoming richer relationships between the University, local community and business. Its creation brings together key organisations working towards a shared vision to invest in the future of the city and its residents by encouraging prosperity from the grass roots upwards.
 Salford Innovation Forum
Salford Innovation Forum is the focal point of Salford Innovation Park. With over 60 units ranging from 108 to 2,260 sq. ft. This brand new, fully serviced building provides cost effective and flexible business space for creative companies to prosper. Salford Innovation Forum has many ‘green’ features including solar reflective lighting and benefits from 24/7 access and security.
Technology House
Technology House is a fully serviced office space facility. Offices are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate teams from one to thirty people and flexible lease terms enable companies to grow within the same address.  University of Salford Business Park
The Business Park is set across two sites divided by Frederick Road. The buildings comprise a mixture of 2-storey and single-storey office buildings, having offices with shared entrance facilities and others which are self-contained. Ground floor offices are fitted with electronic roller shutters across all windows and entrances and the site benefits from perimeter security fencing, and floodlit, surfaced car parking.
