The Virtual Office arrangement at Technology House has been developed over the last ten years, in response to feedback from users of this facility.

Our Virtual Office is popular not only with start up businesses but also more established companies. Many have decided to develop a presence in Manchester and evolve from an initial low cost base.

Over the last two years we have helped 25% of our Virtual Office clients to evolve to office tenant status.

Here are some of the benefits available to our Virtual Office clients. Please see the details of our Virtual Office packages for specific entitlement:

• A prestigious business address.
• Mail collection and forwarding.
• A dedicated phone number for your business. This will be answered by a professional receptionist in your company name and your customers dealt with in accordance with your specific requirements. Messages can be relayed to you immediately.
• Use of our local fax number. Faxes can be received and sent on your behalf.
• Access to the Resource Centre. This centre has been developed to compliment our Virtual Office packages. You can have access to work stations with internet connection and a printer.
• Access to fully serviced meeting rooms. Video, LCD projector and plasma screens are available for hire. A full range of refreshments are available from our in-house caterers.
• Your company can be listed in our main reception area and a free website link established from our website.
• Use of our secure car parking for you and your visitors.
• Participation in the University purchasing consortium, where stationery is purchased at discounts of up to 80%.
• Access to the University leisure facilities. These include gym, weight rooms, squash courts, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and solarium.
